Listening to Hemi-Sync

Attend classes and learn techniques for using Hemi-Sync in a fun and transformative way!

How to listen to Metamusic and Hemi-Sync guided tracks.

To get the most out of it listen to both the Metamusic and the guided exercises with stereo headphones, or alternatively with a stereo in front of you in a quiet environment with no distractions, noises. Turn off your cell phone and ask not to be disturbed.

  • Listen for at least 30 to 40 minutes so that the Hemi-Sync signals have a better effect.
  • Use enhancement metamusic to achieve concentration, attention, memory, creative flows for study, work, hobbies.
  • Use relaxation and meditation metamusic if you are looking for relaxation, wellness, meditation, and personal development experiences.
  • No contraindications or danger of overdosing, you can listen to Hemi-Sync even for very long periods and the effect is greater.

Hemi-Sync signals act and train the brain even if you fall asleep.

Hemi-Sync Cd’s can be brought back to MP3 players, Ipods, Smartphones, having the caveat of maintaining the highest possible audio quality (>192 bps) no equalizing and/or Dolby functions should be used which would otherwise take away some of the Hemi-Sync signals nullifying their effect. Select the source well, often the tracks found on youtube and the internet are of low quality and do not contain Hemi-Sync signals.
Use only original tracks if you want to be sure of quality.

The expected effects

Each Hemi-Sync track contains specific signals to foster unique conditions. All create conditions of brain synchronization, which is beneficial and useful for Man. This condition generally produces effects of improved learning, mood, increased attention, energy, greater mental and physical balance, relaxation, and good sleep quality.

Prolonged use over time generally brings greater mental clarity, ease in decision making, and increased awareness.

How to maximize the effect of Hemi-Sync exercises

Before we start

  • Half an hour before listening, avoid eating, drinking alcohol, or using drugs.
  • Go to the bathroom before starting the exercise.
  • Dim the lights, ask not to be disturbed, turn off your cell phone
  • Lie down or sit comfortably. Keep a blanket close to you and your head supported by a pillow.
  • Loosen tight clothing, remove shoes, glasses, contact lenses, etc.
  • Use stereo headphones, or alternatively place a stereo in front of you.

During the exercise

  • Adjust the volume to a medium, comfortable level. Just by hearing the guiding voice, your brain will know how to respond automatically to Hemi-Sync signals.
  • Breathe normally, empty your mind and let the Hemi-Sync sounds lead you.
  • Visualize yourself doing what the exercise proposes.
  • Let go and pay attention to your perceptions: olfactory, visual, mental, sound and physical.
  • It is not important to stay awake; the exercise will be effective even if you fall asleep.
  • Remember the most important rule: have fun!

After the exercise

  • At the end of the exercise, breathe deeply, stretch your legs and arms, and return unhurriedly to your ordinary waking state.
  • Take notes on your experience, note down even the most marginal aspects, they are often important.
  • Remember that perceptions on both the physical and mental and emotional levels can come during the exercises; welcome them freely.
  • Treasure the experience, observe it without bias and right-wrong considerations.
  • Give yourself time to assimilate the experience and understand its meaning, and then act accordingly.
  • The benefits are cumulative-the more you do exercises, the more control and access you have to the power of your mind.

Warnings and precautions

  • The exercises may alter normal perceptions of the ordinary state of consciousness; therefore, they should not be listened to while driving or using dangerous/heavy equipment.
  • Do not listen to the exercises if you suffer from seizures or use psychiatric drugs. If necessary, call us for more information.
  • Do not use the exercises together with other devices with light and/or audio stimuli.

Tips

  • If you plan to do several exercises in a row, it is recommended between each exercise to drink water, eat (fruits, light foods), take a breath of air (go outside, open the window, etc.).
  • If you use your car after the exercises, before doing so it is best to take a break and” return to the ground.” Root yourself out by rinsing your face or taking a shower or two steps on foot before driving.
  • Beware of alcohol, it interferes with brain chemistry, which is much more activated after exercises than usual; one glass of wine after a day of Hemi-Sync exercises equals three glasses!
  • If you experience a slight headache after exercises, don’t worry, it may be due to an overload of brain activity. It is enough to give yourself a break, food, rest and physical movement. If it persists stop the exercises for a while and give yourself a good night’s sleep; usually the discomfort goes away.
  • Finally, keep a journal and write down the experiences, after each exercise. Write, draw, color; report the images, thoughts, feelings, of everything you experienced and lived. You might forget otherwise; besides so you can reread see the progress and discover new meanings.
